Software

AX-Flight — from mission to defect list

The drone is the easy part. The value is in turning 4,000 thermal images into a ranked, located and priced list of defects your maintenance team can action on Monday morning.

Automatic mission generation

Import a CAD site plan, GeoJSON boundary or KML from your GIS. The planner generates string-by-string flight lines at the correct altitude and speed for your required ground sample distance — no manual waypoint tapping.

AI defect classification

Thermal anomalies are classified as hotspot, bypass-diode failure, string open circuit, PID, soiling or delamination, then cross-referenced against the visible image to remove reflections and false positives.

Defect list with financial impact

Every defect is located to string and module position and assigned an estimated energy-loss figure, so repair work orders can be ranked by payback rather than by whoever shouted loudest.

Integrates with your CMMS

REST API and CSV export push findings directly into SAP PM, Maximo or any ticketing system, so inspection results become work orders without a manual translation step.

Applications

Built for assets that are expensive to walk.

A 2 MWp rooftop array takes a two-person crew three days to inspect manually. The same array takes one pilot four hours with a UAV — and produces a geo-referenced record instead of a clipboard.

01
Solar plants

String-level hotspot and diode detection on rooftops, carports and ground-mount arrays of any size.

02
Wind turbines

Blade leading-edge erosion, lightning damage and surface cracks from a standoff position — no rope access required.

03
Transmission lines

Insulator and connector thermal anomalies along corridors, flown by waypoint with automatic obstacle clearance.

04
Industrial buildings

Roof moisture ingress, insulation gaps and electrical panel hotspots for facility and insurance surveys.

Delivery & compliance

What actually ships with the aircraft

Industrial UAV procurement fails on paperwork more often than on hardware. We handle the documentation, training and spares so the platform is operational when it lands.

  • Two-day on-site training — pilot operations, mission planning, data processing and defect interpretation, delivered at your site or ours.
  • Spares kit — propellers, batteries, gimbal damper and landing gear held at regional warehouses for 48-hour dispatch.
  • Export-licence support — technical specifications, ECCN classification and end-user documentation prepared for your import authority.
  • Insurance & registration guidance — operational category guidance for your jurisdiction, plus third-party liability documentation.

Book a demonstration flight

We can fly a demonstration over your site or a comparable asset, then hand you the raw thermal data, the defect list and the software report — so you evaluate the output, not the brochure.
